Hardest working realtor I've ever worked with. Will drive you anywhere he is allowed to show houses no matter how far. This was our first time buying a home so I had no idea what to expect and had very little knowledge on the process. He knew how to present it within this crazy housing market, Still impressed by his work. All the other steps after the offer are a breeze too, he has great connections. My first contact with Michael Urbinato occurred 18 months back. He was doing ‘cold calls’ regarding property I owned in Florida. As any salesperson will tell you, ‘cold calls’ are a drudge and if you get one hit out of a hundred, you are doing well. Normally I would hang up immediately, but Michael’s call was both professional and friendly and as I intended on selling the property I figured I would see what he had to offer. I started with a barrage of questions regarding his qualifications and then the real estate environment where my property was located. He handled this deluge very well, showing his knowledge of the topic, yet maintaining a friendly and professional manner. He cemented this approach by emailing me his background info, etc. and a listing of property sales. He also did follow-up calls during the next 12 months, always keeping his friendly and professional manner and showing great patience. Finally in February of this year, I requested that he initiate a sale. Once again he exercised his skill and knowledge and within two months the property was sold. He probably could have sold it quicker, but I requested a wait to see where prices were going. There was even a slight hiccup with the buyer, but he straightened it out and the sale went through with no problem.I highly recommend Michael and would use his services in the future.Thomas W. Chace
